Refund policy

Returning an unwanted product

You can return an item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in its original condition, and you have proof of purchase.

We only process a refund once the item has been checked by a specialist. This can take up to 14 days.

Returning a faulty product

If a fault appears within 30 days of purchase, return the item with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

After 30 days, repair or replacement follows the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Terms and conditions

If you've changed your mind

Return the item in its original condition with proof of purchase, and we will exchange or refund it.

What "original condition" means

• All original packaging and labels are kept in good condition, and the product can be resold at full price.
• The product has not been used.
• The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.

Timing and refunds

• Unless an item is faulty, it should be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• With a receipt or delivery note, we normally refund the original payment card. This includes Clearance and Price Match items.
• For online or telephone orders, we refund the standard delivery charge only if you return the full order.
• Returns outside this policy, or without proof of purchase, cannot receive a full refund.
• Made-to-measure and personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
• Items on the list below cannot be returned.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Products we can't accept back

These cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty:

• Products received more than 30 days ago
• Unsealed products (other than opened to inspect them)
• Products without their original packaging, or returned in poor condition
• Products that contain personal data or are registered with the manufacturer
• Gift cards
• Products that have been installed or fitted
• Products personalised or made to specific measurements or requirements

Please keep your receipt or order confirmation. You will need it as proof of purchase.
