Shipping policy

Standard delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £150. Orders under £150 cost £18, unless the product page says otherwise.
Smaller items usually arrive within 5 working days, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6pm. We email tracking details once your item leaves the warehouse.
Larger items are delivered by Firehouse or an approved supplier, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. We text the night before with a 2-hour delivery window.
Next-day delivery and 2- or 4-hour slots are available for an additional charge.
Made-to-order products and some remote or rural postcodes can take longer than 7 working days.
A delivery surcharge may apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight.

High-value items need a signature.
The courier makes up to three delivery attempts before the parcel goes back to our warehouse.
Large items are left as near to your house or garden as possible. Some may be kerbside only.
Our own delivery teams can remove packaging on request.

Please check the product measurements against your door widths. Very large items may need a door removed.
If a heavy item has to go up several flights of stairs, please call us before ordering.

Items ordered together may arrive on different days or from different couriers. There is no extra charge for this.
If you have paid for an item that is out of stock, you can wait up to 28 days for it to come back in. After that we cancel the order and refund you.

Some products are delivered directly by the manufacturer or their chosen courier.
For large items the supplier arranges the date and contacts you close to the delivery date.
Tracking is not usually available for large items. It may be available for smaller ones.
Customer Services (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) can contact the supplier on your behalf.

We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses.
We deliver to the UK only. Some products may not be available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or the Isle of Man.
We may decline delivery to insecure addresses such as communal addresses and PO boxes.
